Just a thought, not a political statement. It is what it is...

Wonderful concept, even if I am for abortion and pro-choice. Its still a wonderful idea and gets the point accross simply and quickly.
Now, correct me if i'm wrong, did you use a boiled egg, stick the fork in it, coat the fork in honey, and place the egg with the fork in it on a egg yolk you broke on the table previously? I'm just wondering how you got this shot...its beautiful.
Fiume Featured By Owner Nov 30, 2009
It's really beautiful artwork. It gets across your opinion wonderfully.
kkrazy92 Featured By Owner Nov 9, 2009
I was just talking to my aunt about this same exact concept of abortion. Uncanny.

I absolutely love the angle on this shot.
Simply amazing.

Bold, Powerful, Strong. Call it what you want; I call it perfection.
Aigis-ness Featured By Owner Aug 3, 2009
I really don't know what to say, this picture is just so amazing.

I love the concept of it.
aggestardust Featured By Owner Jul 22, 2009
I love the picture and the idea. Even tough i am for abortion.
gingergirl63 Featured By Owner Jul 9, 2009
Lol yummy. kidding. I am pro-choice, though. There is a good argument against abortion, but then, there is a very good one for it too. 8)

wow-cool idea. A lot of your art makes me think of things in ways that I wouldn't otherwise think of-like this one and like the one of the umbrella falling on a spike pit.

Even though I'm pro-choice, I can't overlook a work of art like this because of my political views. Instant favorite. I am browsing through your gallery and putting a bunch of your works into my favorites. They're wonderful.

The shot down the fork is great, draws your eye.
But yes, it is what it is.
OtakBolong Featured By Owner Sep 6, 2008  Student Digital Artist
I don't realize at the first time it was a fork. But nice one... :)
KarlTheGreat Featured By Owner Aug 30, 2008
Did you actually stick a fork in an egg?
If you did,

how did you get the fork to make four separate holes?

If I did that I'd just have a broke egg :(
daphnieloong Featured By Owner Aug 26, 2008
this is very impressive! :D Very well expressed. :)

Took me a breif second to see what i was looking at...but when I saw it was like another neat serve those up daily no?
Davenit Featured By Owner Aug 24, 2008
Daily? Not really. I actually took about 15 months off. I didn't shoot a thing and was invisible on dA for that time. I look at it like this... When it's time to take a picture it's time to take a picture. If it's not, I'll watch TV. :-)

Ok, finally i´m a fan of your works hahahaha i think that this image trasmite much, the idea is creative and turns out to be very attractive, is an excellent work.
smersh84 Featured By Owner Aug 23, 2008
the lights are out, the camera laid
the model's there, unmov-ed, staid
now left, now right, and she complies
the scene's so bright no shadow lies

the message strong, found deep inside
the content dark, still cannot hide
an egg, a fork, syringe and mind
these ethereal photos find

the thoughts of viewers near and far
engaged on objects from a bar
a mannequin, a junkie's stash
the perfect shine of polished glass

today i stumbled on your art
not hard to find, front page d-art
i viewed your images apart
and felt some hope for today's art

haha...sorry for the crappy rhyming (esp in the last stanza). i haven't written poetry in a while, but i came across your gallery, saw the care that goes into each piece, and felt inspired to try. keep up the awesomeness! :D

I'll say this first: Your photography is truly amazing. Second: I think is one of the joys about art; in how you can create an image that sends shock waves of thoughts and emotions through a person.

I need a lot of practice.
Davenit Featured By Owner Aug 7, 2008
Practice is the key to everything. I spent about 40 hours a week for 3 years just shooting in a studio. It's tons of fun.

Thank you so much!!!
ificouldonlyfly Featured By Owner Aug 10, 2008  Professional Digital Artist
Haha, that's a LOT of time, wow. I must say, though, with how your work turns out, it REALLY pays off.
And your welcome! ^-^

BlauShepherd Featured By Owner Aug 4, 2008
Hmm, wow. My first thought was "end of the road", since the fork reminded me of a "short road of life". d: Very nice piece...
